Defective merchandise may be inspected on an individual basis for return authorization consideration by the brand manufacturer. Return item store credits and gift cards cannot be applied to special orders. Cash or credit card payment only on all layaway and special orders. Special Orders and Shipping Charges are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and final sale. All Store Credits shall be used within 1 year of original purchase.
